Hi, I’m Sonia and welcome to my blog, Five O’Clock Whistle…
… a maturish type of blog with the odd made-up word thrown in.
I’m a thirty something year old, who still gets i.d.’d. I believe this to be due to my bijou size rather than the lack of laughter lines and odd grey hair. I live in Cambridgeshire with my husband Stuart, and our house is full with cushions of Tudor queens. They’re mine, not his, though he does seem partial to Anne of Cleves.
I have a penchant for life and a depenchant for anything to do with a Kardashian.
So, ‘life’ is quite a broad statement, let me break that down a little. I love to travel, eat, drink wine, read books, play Words with Friends, see my real friends, and generally feel inspired by the small things that make up everyday life. I’ve climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp and jumped out of a plane for charity. I sometimes think I’d make a good Blue Peter presenter.
Thank you for swinging by, I hope you enjoy!
